Monthly Benevolent Grant |
- A monthly Grant ranging from Rs. 4,000 to Rs. 10,100 is paid on the following grounds:
For life
- To an employee who retires on medical grounds (80% and above disability).
- To spouse if an employee dies during service or after retirement.
For maximum period of 15 years
- To other eligible family members if there is no spouse or the spouse died—Section 2(5)
- The rates are based on pay slabs mentioned in Table-A at the end of this document.

Reimbursement of Semester/Annual fee |

Semester/annual fee is reimbursed for children of serving, retired or deceased Government Employees studying in Public Sector Universities, colleges and institutions in Medical, Engineering, IT, Business Studies, D-Pharmacy and Architecture.
- Eligibility criteria are admission on merit and passing the Semester/Annual Examination without fail in any subject.

Educational Stipends |

Educational Stipends are paid, per annum, from post Matric studies to MPhill/MS studies in any discipline and college (Public or Private Sector) of children of serving, retired, or deceased Federal Government employees. The stipend rates are as under:

Marriage Grant |
|
- Applicability of this benefit is for marriages taken place on or after 11.4.2011. Prior to this date the Marriage grant was admissible on marriage of one child of a deceased/invalid employee.

Farewell Grant |
|
- One month pay includes emoluments which reckons for pension.

5 |
Sum Assured on death during service |
|

A sum ranging from Rs. 350,000 to Rs. 1,000,000 is paid to the family of an employee who dies during service.
- The rates are based on pay slabs mentioned in Table-B at the end of this document.

Grant on Invalid Retirement |
|
- The degree of disability declared by the Central Medical Board should be A (80%) or above.
- The rates are based on Basic Pay Scales mentioned in Table-C at the end of this document.

Burial Charges |
|
An amount of Rs. 10,000 is paid on death of an employee.
It is paid irrespective of the fact that the employee dies during service or after retirement.

Cash Awards on Essay Writing Competition |

- Competition is held among the children studying at Matric and Intermediate levels.
